چکیده
This study aims to analyze the future of collaboration between banks and fintech firms within the context of artificial intelligence, specifically explaining transformation scenarios in corporate banking. Adopting a qualitative–exploratory approach, the research identifies key drivers and critical uncertainties through document analysis. Subsequently, plausible scenarios were developed utilizing a scenario-planning approach supported by Expert Choice 11 software. In the “Strategic Coexistence Led by Banks” scenario, the gradual integration of fintech firms as innovation arms ranked first with a weight of 0.344, followed by the creation of digital banking hubs (0.249) and intelligent risk management platforms (0.207) with an overall inconsistency of 0.01. In the “Fintech Dominance and Market Disruption” scenario, AI- and blockchain-based service provision took priority at 0.322, followed by the declining role of traditional banks (0.244), expansion of peer-to-peer platforms (0.218), and increased competitiveness (0.216), with an inconsistency of 0.00. Finally, the “Institutional Convergence and Hybrid Ecosystems” scenario highlights the establishment of national intelligent financial services infrastructure (0.271) and institutional convergence (0.231) as significant factors (inconsistency = 0.01). The findings indicate the future of the financial industry relies on institutional synergy, technological transformation, and structural reconfiguration, requiring standardized application programming interfaces, stronger risk-based regulations, and intelligent, data-driven infrastructures. Keywords: corporate banking, artificial intelligence, banks, fintech.
